Comfort, Safety & Happiness
Parents will fi nd comfort in the fact that our professional staff of teachers and caregivers is educated and well trained when it comes to infant care. The daily schedules of infants vary from child to child and are constantly changing as children grow and develop during their fi rst year. Our infant teachers do their absolute best to meet the needs and schedules of each individual infant. Our philosophy during this important fi rst year is that an infant’s needs be met on demand. Each infant classroom has a safe, special, infant-friendly play area where rolling over, sitting up, and crawling are
encouraged. When appropriate, infants are taken outside in our baby buggies to enjoy fresh air and sunshine. Teachers and caregivers provide a relaxed, happy environment with music, age-appropriate toys and plenty of one-on-one time with each infant.

Initial Family Visits
When you enroll your child in the Infant Program, we suggest making one or two appointments to visit before
your child’s fi rst day. This will give you and your child a sense of familiarity and an opportunity to begin a
positive relationship with our caring, professionally trained teachers and caregivers. It is important to develop this trusting relationship. This is also a good opportunity to bring in supplies your child will need and
familiarize yourself with the nursery.

Kiddie World Nurse Consultant
Each center has a nurse consultant who manages
general health and immunization records for each child.
Parents shall provide the center with current records of
their child’s well-visits to the physician, including
documentation of all immunizations. The nurse
consultant regularly visits the nurseries to assure that our high standards of health and safety are being met and is available to parents for any inquiries regarding their child’s experience at our center.
